Le CRADEF s’associe à la Commune de Tiko pour soutenir les enfants vulnérables
Un partenariat pour l’éducation
Le Centre de Réflexion et d’Analyse pour un Développement sans Frontières (CRADEF) a conclu un partenariat stratégique avec la Commune de Tiko.
L’objectif : offrir des bourses scolaires aux enfants vulnérables de la municipalité.
Une rencontre institutionnelle décisive
Cette initiative a été officiellement examinée lors d’une séance de travail tenue le vendredi 20 juin 2025, au cabinet du Maire de Tiko.
Parmi les participants figuraient :
- Sa Majesté le Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III, Maire de Tiko
- Madame Eri Ita Tatason, Secrétaire Générale du Conseil
- Des représentants du CRADEF
Des discussions centrées sur l’identification des bénéficiaires
Les échanges ont porté sur le parrainage scolaire d’enfants défavorisés par le CRADEF.
La Commune s’engage à faciliter l’identification des bénéficiaires, grâce à sa proximité avec les communautés locales.
Selon M. Louis Ndoumbe, représentant du CRADEF, le programme cible :
- Les enfants issus de familles économiquement précaires
- Les orphelins
- Les enfants déplacés ou en situation sociale difficile
Une volonté partagée de rendre l’éducation inclusive
Le Maire de Tiko a salué l’engagement du CRADEF.
Il a réaffirmé que l’éducation est une priorité municipale.
Ce programme de bourses représente une première étape, mais les deux parties envisagent un partenariat à long terme.

rendre l’éducation accessible à tous, en particulier aux enfants trop souvent marginalisés.

In a significant move to support Education in Tiko municipality, the Centre de Réflexion et d’Analyse pour un Développement sans Frontières (CRADEF) has entered into a partnership with the Tiko Council to provide scholarships for vulnerable children in the municipality.
The initiative was officially discussed during a working session held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Tiko council the Mayor’s Cabinet.
The meeting brought together key officials, including the Mayor of Tiko, HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III, the Secretary-General of the Council, Mrs Eri Ita Tatason, and representatives from CRADEF. Discussions centered on CRADEF’s plans to sponsor the Education of underprivileged children within the municipality, while relying on the Council to help identify eligible beneficiaries.
According to CRADEF representatives, Mr Louis Ndoumbe, the scholarship programme is aimed at supporting children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, orphans, and those affected by displacement or other social challenges. By collaborating with the Tiko Council, CRADEF hopes to ensure transparency and effectiveness in the selection process, leveraging the Council’s direct access to communities across the municipality.
Speaking after the session, the Mayor expressed appreciation for CRADEF’s commitment to advancing Educational access for vulnerable populations in Tiko. He emphasized that Education remains a priority for the municipality,
While the scholarship programme is the first step in the collaboration, between CRADEF and the Council confirmed that this is only the beginning.
Both parties reaffirmed their shared vision of making Education accessible and inclusive, especially for children who are often left behind.
As the partnership takes shape, residents of Tiko municipality can expect to see more community-centered projects rolled out under this collaboration; initiatives that not only address Educational gaps, but also aim to create lasting impact in the lives of children and their families.
